This clock was made from one piece of reclaimed Teak Wood, it’s one of a kind piece. We make each clock individually. Artisan starts with a piece of wood and designs the clock around it. He left all the edges natural with no sanding or shaping. Clock has a quartz clock movement that uses an AA battery.

This ecofriendly clock, made from recycled teak wood in Thailand. The natural imperfections left from the timber’s previous life are what make reclaimed wood special! Recycled timber is unmatched in quality, as much of it comes from trees with a hundred or more years of growth, the wood is significantly more mature than what you will find in today’s market. Due to years of subtle expansion and contraction, it is extremely strong and durable. Reclaimed wood is not only unique and beautiful, but working with it helps protect our precious natural resources. Craftspeople from the Chiang Mai region in Northern Thailand create these pieces with the simplest of tools.
